			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I know what you&#8217;re thinking, <em>&#8220;Tonya, what are you talking about, I&#8217;m not digging my own grave?&#8221; </em>I&#8217;m not talking about digging your grave with your hands, I&#8217;m talking about with your teeth.  We all do it, even yours truly.  So I&#8217;m not pointing fingers, I&#8217;m just making a point.</p>
<p>You know what I&#8217;m talking about.  You finally start exercising again, you&#8217;re building momentum, you&#8217;re making progress, and even your family&#8217;s starting to believe you&#8217;re serious about getting in shape.  You&#8217;ve started making some <em>&#8220;lifestyle changes&#8221;</em> in <em>what</em> you eat,<em> how much</em> you eat, and even <em>when</em> you eat.  Then it happens&#8230;</p>
<p><span id="more-739"></span>In a moment of weakness, or in most cases busyness, you don&#8217;t have time to eat right, so instead you <em>&#8220;eat quick.&#8221;</em> You grab the quickest thing you can throw in your mouth to quiet your stomach, the kids, or maybe even your mate.  Maybe you choose <em>McDepressing, Taco H*ll, KF-Crap</em>, or even <em>SubWaste</em> (sorry Jared).  Even if you&#8217;re not a recovering fast-food junkie, in your moment of stress, you reach for the <em>processed</em> food or the wrong type of cheese, dressing, or bread, not because you want to, but because you feel like you have to.  I feel your pain, I really do.</p>
<p>But the truth of the matter is, with each wrong choice, you are unintentionally digging your own grave&#8230;with your teeth.  I know that sounds harsh, but you know I love you.  And isn&#8217;t it better to hear the truth from a friend like me than a stranger?</p>
<p>Like you, even on a slow day, my life seems busier than the president&#8217;s.  And even my own daughter struggles with her weight.  But for her sake (and mine &#8211; because I love her more than anything on this earth), I refuse to allow her to dig her own grave with her teeth (or <em>my</em> bad choices).  And I won&#8217;t allow you to do it either.</p>
<p>I know you&#8217;re not my child, and I can&#8217;t stop you for doing what <em>feels good</em> rather than what&#8217;s good for you, but I do want you to know I&#8217;m willing to help you.  We&#8217;ve created all the tools you need to succeed - <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.tonyaransom.com/onlinetraining.php" target="_blank"><strong>CLICK HERE to see</strong></a>, and I&#8217;m willing to coach you (and your family) through the process.  But I can&#8217;t do it FOR you; you have to be willing to meet me half way.</p>

<p>

<p>I&#8217;ve found myself facing some personal and professional challenges this past week as I try to continue be &#8220;Super Mom&#8221; and &#8220;Wonder &#8216;Business&#8217; Woman&#8221; all at the same time.  And quite honestly, it&#8217;s been wearing me down.  I constantly find myself asking God for a miracle; you know, some type of relief that will help me be able to <em>&#8220;do it all&#8221;</em> and still maintain my sanity.  Can you relate to what I&#8217;m saying?</p>
<div><span id="more-667"></span></div>
<div>As I try to teach, preach, and motivate Busy Bodies like you and others to <span style="text-decoration: underline;">start taking care of yourself so you can take better care of your family</span>, I&#8217;m slowly starting to realize I need to follow my own advice.  Ouch!!!</div>
<p>It&#8217;s just so easy to get caught up in all the daily <em><strong>&#8220;to do&#8217;s&#8221;</strong></em> instead of focusing on the more important <strong><em>&#8220;to be&#8217;s&#8221;</em></strong> in our lives.  What I mean is that I&#8217;m starting to realize that I don&#8217;t have <em>&#8220;to do&#8221;</em> it all (and neither do you); but I do need <em>&#8220;to be&#8221;</em> all that God has created me to be on this planet and for the people He&#8217;s called me to serve.</p>
<p>The truth is, <em>&#8220;whining about my schedule&#8221;</em> won&#8217;t change my life, and<em>&#8220;whining about your weight&#8221;</em> won&#8217;t change yours (I wish it was that easy).  <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>We have </strong></span><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>&#8220;to be&#8221;</strong></span></em><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong> the miracle (the change) we want to create in our lives</strong></span>.  And I want to help you, because I know you can help me.</p>
<p>So, if you don&#8217;t mind, I want you to join me this week as I &#8220;choose&#8221; to stop &#8220;whining&#8221; about what&#8217;s not right in my life, my business, and my body, and take a minute to thank God for what is&#8230; And that&#8217;s having good health, a sound mind, a loving family, and a wonderful group of Busy Body friends like you who give my life both meaning and purpose.  And when you look at it that way, ain&#8217;t THAT a miracle worth cheering about?</p>
